Sample Work: Kamba 

A circuit of luxury lodges in the Republic of the Congo, Kamba offers the rare opportunity to visit endangered Western Lowland Gorillas in the Congo Basin, one of the most isolated wilderness areas on the planet. But the website didn’t fully convey the magic of the experience.

After working closely with a creative director and content strategist to develop the site architecture, I then visited the lodges, interviewed the stakeholders, and created all-new digital content. The resulting website brought the Kamba journey to life for potential visitors while underscoring the company’s roots as a conservation and primatology research endeavor.

Sample Work: Further Magazine 

For Silversea, the high-end cruise line, I worked with a team of former Travel + Leisure colleagues to create and produce Further, an online editorial platform that supported Silversea’s positioning as a leader in experiential luxury travel. With high-quality travel and lifestyle content, we built an engaged community of active, discerning, curious travelers. 

With its gorgeous design, top-notch photography, writing by seasoned journalists, and roster of boldface subjects (Alan Cumming, Kristen Kish, Gail Simmons, Mickalene Thomas, Derrick Adams, Alexei Ratmansky), Further quickly developed a halo of authority that drove critical brand awareness and brought prospects and consumers into the marketing funnel. The online magazine ceased publication following a pivot in strategy, but not before winning accolades that included a Webby Award nomination for Best Travel & Lifestyle Website.
